Uptown Eye Care

I’ve been going to uptown eye care since I was a kid. They’ve always been great and continue to provide great service to this day. They were able to get me in on short notice and help me through two separate types of exams needed for different employment opportunities I’m pursuing. They were very thorough and made sure to follow all the necessary guidelines for each exam. Each staff member was professional and courteous. Made the visit very pleasant.

Aaron was knowledgeable and made the entire process easy and comfortable. Dr. Mary Gregory was thorough, informative, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. Miles was incredibly patient and helpful when it came to picking out my glasses, making what can sometimes be an overwhelming decision actually enjoyable. Eye doctor appointments are usually not something I look forward to, but this was honestly one of the best healthcare experiences I’ve had. There was virtually no waiting, everyone was professional yet personable, and the entire visit felt relaxed and stress-free. The level of customer service from start to finish was outstanding, and I left feeling informed, cared for, and confident in my choices. I am beyond impressed and highly recommend Uptown Eye Care to anyone looking for exceptional eye care and an amazing team!

This optician is the best with children! She takes the time to educate the children and even play! She is very thorough on the eye exam even offering a full dimensional photograph of their entire eye for deeper detail of them. They even gave the children a toy at the end each. We are already talking about next year they’re that excited. Thank you for your amazing care!!

Dr. Kylie Jacobson was great. My husband and I saw her for the first time. We felt she was very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend Uptown Eye Care and their whole staff.

Laurel was awesome! Went in for a second opinion and she spent the time to figure out what was happening with my vision. Very kind and explained everything really well. Glasses are high quality and have several really great colorful options. Would highly recommend!
