Highly recommend for anyone. My daughter's experience each time we visit has always been exceptional. All the staff are friendly and are always helpful. My teen daughter loves her eye appointments with the doctors but the staff in the Optical store are amazing. The last two visits this month we had Noelle helping us and she was so full of joy, funny, always smiling, and made my daughter's experience fun. Thank you!
Susie did great today, both with pre testing and helping find some glasses that actually fit, going over the different sizes. Really did great presenting all options but no high pressure sales on things I didn't want/need. Doctor was great to, I don't recall the name as she was a fill in but did fantasticl. Good to know even when Dr Bailey and Simmons are out they still get excellent help to cover.
Everyone was great! Especially Hoesung! She did an awesome job helping me find the perfect pair of glasses and sunglasses! She made everything seamless! Dr Simmons was great as well!
My first time here and I can say it was a wonderful experience! Hoesung was amazing, beautiful attitude was very helpful! The glasses are good quality. Will definitely come back!
