I’ve been a patient at Insight in Becker for years. Dr Nelson is awesome—kind, professional, knowledgeable, thorough. The other staff is equally great. I always get the perfect prescription.
Doc Welder and the staff were excellent and spent the time to understand where I was at as a new patient. I will be coming back.
Just did my second annual exam here, and I have nothing but good things to say. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional staff. Dr. Nelson is great! He clearly explained everything he was doing and was very professional. Overall another great visit, I highly recommend these guys!
I saw doctor Paradis. He called me after business hours to give me my test results. I've never had that before. He really seemed to care about the results and was genuinely disappointed he couldn't provide more information on my chronic headaches. Above and beyond care, and I'd recommend him to anyone.
The receptionist was so over the top helpful. I came in close to closing time not thinking it would take longer than expected. She stayed, never made me feel rushed or that her time was up. She made me feel that I was the most important person right then.
