had a great experience here! Customer service is excellent; everyone was so helpful and patient. They really took the time to help me choose the perfect frame for my face, and I never felt rushed at all. Highly recommend!

I’ve been going here for 10 years. I was a kid at the beginning. I never realized the bad customer service until I got older. Today solidified that. The people working here look down on you if you don’t want to spend an obscene amount of money. All of the associates have brand name glasses. They all have bad attitudes. And they talk behind your back if they think you don’t know Spanish: I went in because my glasses broke and I needed new ones. I couldn’t afford it until now so I was as gluing the leg onto my glasses to make them last. When I went here she let me know that glueing my glasses isn’t tolerated. She then went on to complain to her coworkers about how dumb I am to glue it together and that I should’ve come in earlier to get new ones. She said this because she thought I didn’t know Spanish: but I do. If you come here be prepared to spend over $1000 for contacts and glasses and have to deal with terrible attitudes. It feels like high school in there and I hope a young women doesn’t go in there because they would be dissuaded from helping themselves see.
Do not go there. They force you to take the high price of pair of glasses They used your credit give you one price and charge you a different price. If you denied to buy they treat you you mess of your credit. It happened to me do I have to call customer affairs to help me out with this situación. They also did that two of my friend. My hair dresser and my nail polish friend. They are no good ....taking advantage of people's money to make two thousand dollars with two país of glasses. Go someplace e where where they can be honest people. Before you sign anything ask for price do, they don't mess your credits and steel your money. Not a trust business!!!
I originally purchased my glasses from this company, but after the frame broke, I returned to have it replaced. Instead of replacing it with the same frame, they gave me a completely different one and also changed my prescription lenses without properly verifying them. Since then, I have been unable to see clearly and have been experiencing frequent headaches. As a nurse, this has directly impacted my ability to focus and safely perform my job. I contacted the store to resolve the issue, but they refused to assist me and even denied that the situation occurred, which is extremely concerning. This experience has been very frustrating and unprofessional. I feel misled and would not recommend this business based on how this situation was handled.
Cindy was great helped me with my final purchase and gave advice on future purchases. Will come again.
