I had a great experience at my yearly eye appointment. Doctor is very nice and so was the woman, Lissette, helping me afterwards explaining different types of glasses. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and honest, making the whole process easy and stress-free without ever making me feel rushed. Her friendly personality and excellent customer service made all the difference. I truly appreciate her help and highly recommend asking for her if you visit!

I loved my experience here. Gianna was so pleasant and patient!! She took her time helping me pick my glasses and she was very sweet. The exam was very thorough and the doctor was great also. I will be bringing all my family here. Thank you again to the urban eyes team !!

Absolutely love this location! Everyone there is always so friendly and welcoming and goes above and beyond, especially helping you find your perfect frames. I have purchased many frames here and always get compliments on them. USE THOSE FSA $$! David is such a pleasure to work with and super funny!!
