Before showing up I was assured that my medicare advantage insurance would cover all that I requested. I even specifically refused the optional charge, ($39.00) for digital retinal scans, opting for the old fashioned eye drops. As I walked out I was asked to pay a $70.00 charge. No attempt to solve the issue, just PAY UP. I'm sure the doctor's who work here are competent, but the management needs a lot of work. Being 100% clear on all costs for all services is what a good company should always strive for. I feel ripped off and I hope you'll think twice before doing business with these people. There are many other places you can go with your business and be treated honestly. No sense in rewarding a company for doing what they shouldn't do.
