I’m grateful that I took the chance and waked into Eyes of Jamaica The staff all together were nice and very welcoming. Jessica made my experience very wonderful and very special. I have been done wrong in the past when it came to picking out glasses however Jessica made me at ease by answering All my questions and making me feel comfortable in ny decision when it came to picking out my glasses . I highly recommend Eyes of Jamaica to anyone and I will be coming back again.

Wonderful experience. Staff is polite, service is good. Products are decently priced. They work with your insurance and they’re very affordable.

The optician was great very informative, the front staff doesn’t want to give you your prescription and when you do its missing information and they give you an attitude when you ask for it. Make sure you know what an eye exam includes! They want you to spend $600+ on glasses that aren’t even cute. Know your rights! I will not be coming back it’s a money grab.

My experience here was very welcoming. I love the staff, especially Jessica, she was very kind and patient with me and my grandma. They will be seeing us more often! :)

Extremely poor customer service and fulfillment I am writing this review to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service at Eyes of Jamaica on Jamaica Avenue. Since my appointment on April 2nd, I have received no information regarding the status of my eyeglasses. Despite multiple follow-up calls, I have been unable to reach a manager or receive a concrete timeline. The staff consistently promises a return call that never happens. It is highly unprofessional to leave a patient without their necessary eyewear for a month with no explanation.
