This has.to get better i scheduled a 1230 telehealth appointment and have not received a call yet and it is 2:15pm. They need to be clear and need to just get rid of telehealth if in office appointments come first. ! THIS IS THE WORSE SERVICE I EVER RECIEVED WHILE BEING HERE .LEAVING THIS BRANCH

I've been coming here for over 15 years and its great to know they also have an affiliation in Queens where now I dont have to worry that I relocated I love their care and concern for me as an individual patient attention ♥

Worst experience I ever had not even the Dr I have on my insurance card as for any questions you have you need to leave messages with someone else can't get them to correctly put in for my medical rides time to find a new dr office oh and the case manager what a joke not a dr or PA should not be calling back patients

Absolutely awful service. I’ve been trying to get a prescription faxed to a pharmacy for more than two weeks! I always get the service when I call and no one calls back. This place should face serious fines and repercussions for their patient negligence!
