The clinic staff was incredibly helpful, kind, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They made the entire process smooth and comfortable. The doctor took the time to really listen to me, showed genuine care, and thoroughly answered all of my concerns without making me feel rushed. I truly appreciated how attentive and understanding they were. The facility itself was very clean, organized, and professional, which made me feel even more at ease. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’m so glad I made the decision to change locations. I feel confident and well cared for here and would definitely recommend this clinic to others.

I am writing to formally express my concern regarding the treatment of my nephew that I witnessed while speaking with him on FaceTime. This is now the second occasion on which I have observed him being mistreated during a phone call while he's at the doctor office. The behavior I witnessed was unacceptable, and my nephew did not deserve to be treated in that manner. I respectfully request that this matter be reviewed and addressed appropriately to ensure that he is treated with dignity, respect, and proper care moving forward.

I have been a patient of Urban Health for over 27 years and have never experienced the lack of care like I have at this location on 3rd ave 161. I have been in thw emergency room due to the prescribed medicine that I should of never been given triggered an attack. Not to mentioned the inexperienced Doctors that should NOT be alone but shadowing when dealing with humans and their care. They are not professional, Curiosity yes but knowing their job professional is first priority

I have been coming here for years and today was very horrible staff unapologetically i got there at 11:15 the nurse told me she was gonna do virtual appt 11:30 no one called but got the check in kept getting check in no one called and im in the clinic was sitting there for 2 hours the front desk staff was confused please train your call center and staff better in ECW
