⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve been going to Urban Optics for about three years now, and I’ve consistently had a great experience. Dr. Thomas is excellent and has always been extremely accurate with my prescription, which is especially important to me because I have a very strong prescription. Ashley has also been incredibly helpful every time I’ve been there. She is knowledgeable, patient, and always goes out of her way to make sure I’m happy with my glasses. I’m also very impressed with the quality of the lenses Urban Optics provides. Whoever they use for their lens work does an outstanding job. I’ve worn the same pair of glasses I purchased here every single day, all day, for two years, and the lenses still have not scratched. That says a lot about the quality and durability. Between Dr. Thomas’s accuracy, Ashley’s excellent customer service, and the quality of their glasses and lenses, I’ve been extremely happy with Urban Optics and would definitely recommend them!

I just left from my 3rd appointment and thought why haven’t I left a review yet?? honestly can’t say enough good things about this office. From the moment you walk in, everyone is so kind, welcoming, patient, and genuinely caring. The entire facility is beautiful, clean, organized, and just has such a comforting atmosphere. The doctor was absolutely incredible — compassionate, thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to truly listen and explain everything without ever making me feel rushed. I felt so comfortable the entire visit, which is rare for me at medical appointments. You can tell they truly care about their patients and not just getting people in and out. Hands down the best eye doctor I have ever had, and I’m so grateful I found them. I would recommend this office to absolutely anyone looking for exceptional care and genuinely wonderful people.

I’ve been going to Urban Optics for over four years and have thoroughly enjoyed the customer service and attention you receive from each employee and doctor. If you ever need anything, they are more than willing to help and guide you. It’s been a great experience and I definitely recommend. I’ve never had any issues. Enjoy their employees and enjoy the doctor. He’s very nice, knowledgeable and is always pleasant to interact with.

I’ve been coming to this optometrist office for years, and I don’t plan on changing anytime soon. The entire staff is always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. My insurance has consistently been in-network, which makes the process easy and stress-free. They have a great selection of glasses to choose from, and I appreciate how responsive and understanding they are if I ever need to reschedule an appointment. The office also has plenty of parking, and their flexible hours make it easy to fit visits into my work schedule. Highly recommend!
