Utah Eye Centers

I had cataracts and it was getting harder to see clearly and couldn't be corrected with a new prescription for glasses. I was nervous about the procedure but Dr Griffin and his staff to very good care of me. They answered all of my questions and made sure I was fully prepared for the procedure. After the surgery They were diligent checking in on me making sure I was healing without issues. I needed to have the toric lenses due to having an astigmatism. It is great to see clearly again and to not need glasses for seeing clearly in the distance. I guess this is a frequently performed operation and many people get it done. Even if you don't need cataract surgery but maybe thinking about lasik surgery I highly recommend giving Utah Eye Center a visit I think they are great.

I've been going to the Utah Eye Center for many years when they originally was in Orem. All the doctors are outstanding and I recommend them. I just had my right I worked on for cataracts. It's nice to see without glasses for now. They're going to do my left eye coming up soon and I recommend them very highly for entire family to get their eyes checked and anything else that needs to be done. Dr Griffin is my doctor and his who did the surgery and will do the other eye surgery coming up very shortly. They walk you through every step and help you prepare for the surgery and they take care of you after the surgery.

I was charged $360 for a less-than-5-minute chat with the doctor. Not much was explained about a needed surgery. The doctor was aloof and seemed in a hurry, although I had been the only person in the (very quiet) waiting room. They told me my only option was to go over an hour from my home to hospitals of their choosing. I opted to go with a different eye center whose doctor was amazing and attentive, and who used a surgery center quite close to my home. I do not recommend Utah Eye Center in Pleasant Grove.

So pleased with the care I received from Dr. Griffin and all the staff at Utah Eye Centers. Very professional and knowledgeable. They made me feel comfortable and in good hands throughout the entire process. Cataract and lense replacement was done in both eyes and I can't believe how improved my vision is. I've had to wear corrective glasses/contacts since I was very young and it's so nice to wake up and be able to see! Thank you all so much! 🤗
