I just had surgery on my arm- a titanium plate was screwed to my broken arm bone - first I was very upset with the terrible vague directions I received via/email /text- we ended up parking in the wrong garage because the address was wrong - to vague as there are many buildings all together at the same address- GPS had us pull into wrong garage to park - I was late to my appt. Because of parking fiasco- receptionists were very kind and I didn't have to wait long to be taken back to prepare for surgery- #1 issue: the Asian male nurse was very rough inserting the IV/ needle into my hand- it hurt like hell and I saw the back up of blood - so I've had this done enough to know the difference between someone who takes the time to find the damn vein and is not rough and this guy who obviously didn't care- then the lady I think her name was Ashley asked me a ton of questions not once but she came back and asked some of the same after I'd been given a drug to make me groggy- that was weird! #2 after surgery when I was just starting to come to and wake up one of the male nurses started telling me I could dress when I felt up to it - I wasn't even fully conscience and I had a terrible dry mouth - I felt dizzy, I felt nauseas , I was disorientated and weak and the guy kept urging me to get dressed- told him I needed something and he never offered water or jello something wet and soft to swallow as my throat was so dry - instead he gives me dry crackers which caused my throat to be sore and NO WATER! Just kept telling me when I'm ready to get dressed I can go- un freaking believable treatment ! It's not that anyone was outwardly mean; just pushy and made you feel like cattle - like they didn't care about your comfort just moving you out the door as quick as possible - my Dr. was very nice and attentive and talked to my husband after my surgery which most of the drs. Don't even bother doing they push that off on the nurses !

I’ve had several surgeries in my 67 years. And I must say everyone from the scheduling folks all the way up to the discharge nurse were top notch and 100% on top of things. Needless to say I’m a happy camper.

My husband had cataract surgery at this facility and all I can say is ALL the employees were GREAT. Took very good care of him the entire time, answered all our questions and gave great instructions.

They work with you on payments and billing. Fast to be taken in for procedure BUT when procedure is done, they really push you out the door, regardless of how you feel

I had Cataract removal on 8/21/2025. From check in to discharge everyone was so professional and so kind. From the pre-op nurse, Jessica to the recovery room nurse Daisa. Not to mention the bedside manner of the anesthesia nurse, the anesthesiologist, and the surgeon, Dr. Kheirkhah. The whole experience was truly calming and relaxing
