Dr Victoria Bolbirer is one of the sweetest, smartest ,caring doctors I have gone to. She walks you through everything while explaining what’s going on. She’s very knowledgeable and makes the appointment relaxed. I will recommend her to everyone I know! Thank you & your staff for such a great experience 😌
This place is wonderful. The doctor is amazing and is very thorough with the exam. They also have a rich collection of frames and the salesperson Anna is exceptional in choosing the right frame for you. I highly recommend this place and will be back for another pair.
I’m so used to waiting on impossibly long lines to be seen, coming here was so refreshing. I waited under 5 minutes to be seen. The doctor is very kind, quick and efficient. Love that this place is a one stop shop where you can both be seen by an ophthalmologist, get new lenses set in current frames, or choose from an impressive selection in store. I cannot recommend this place enough. Would give 6 stars if I could.
Dr. Victoria is the kind of doctor you hope to find but rarely do. I’ve seen her twice now, and both times she left me feeling genuinely cared for. The first visit was an emergency - I scratched the cornea and was in a absolute panic and excruciating paint. It was Sunday. She took me in on short notice, and from the moment I walked in, her calm professionalism put me completely at ease. Her bedside manner is extraordinary. She didn’t just treat the problem, she made me feel like I was in good hands, which when something is wrong with your eye, matters enormously. The second visit was for contact lens fitting and an eyeglasses prescription. She took all the time I needed, no rushing. She was genuinely invested in figuring out what would work best for me, not just going through the motions. Dr. Victoria is thorough, warm, and deeply skilled. I trust her completely. If you’re looking for an optometrist who will treat you like a person and not just an appointment, she’s the one.
Store is jam packed with a great selection of Frames. Staff is very welcoming, and friendly. The Doctor was excellent in helping myself and my husband find the perfect frames. Very accommodating. I highly recommend this establishment .
