Valencia Eyecare Optometry

Just went in today for a routine eye exam and had an unusually good time while i was there. Dr. Lin is very informative and friendly and the rest of the staff was also very friendly and helpful. It was so nice having these fun conversations with everyone there. Super hospitable in a way that I am not used to in an eye doctor’s office (and trust me, I have been to my fair share of optometrists). Can’t wait to go back and pick up my glasses!

Dr. Lin is a friendly, knowledgeable, and a professional Optometrist but he's not a chatty guy. Speaking as a grumpy old man, I appreciated that. I came to get my eyes checked and new glasses. I didn't cone to talk.(😂) He answered all of my questions in a friendly manner and he explained to me how things work regarding why vision gets worse over time. On top of Dr. Lin being a great doctor, his staff is also friendly. I felt at ease there. I have to give a special shout out to Lilly. She went out of her way to find frames that fit my face and looked good on me. She didnt push the expensive frames on me either, like other places i've been to. Lilly spent like 20 minutes or so making sure I found the right frames. She went above and beyond. She put up with my inability to pick good looking frames. I just wanted to pick one and get it over with. She said,"Nay, nay!". Ok, she didn't really say that, but she did help me. Long story short, Valencia Eyecare Optometry is about service and not sales. They didn't waste my time and they took care of me. What more could I ask for?

Dr Lin was very personable and genuinely kind. He spent a lot of time explaining his findings and also suggested new bifocal contact lenses for me, giving me a trial pair to try before I purchase them. He explained everything in a way that was easy for me to understand, and made me feel valued as his patient. Would definitely recommend Dr Lin!

Today was my first time out after 8 weeks at home. I was nervous but in researching for optometrist in my area I was very impressed with their reviews. I am even more impressed with the efficiency and professionalism they handled the screening and protocols for patients. They made me feel comfortable and safe right away. Evette in front office was so helpful. She really went the extra mile from beginning to end. She was kind and sweet and very professional. I’m sorry that I did not get the name of Dr.s assistant that did preliminary exam but he too was professional and careful and informative and kind. The Doctor was by far the best I have ever seen. He was thorough careful and personable. He explained everything before and took the time to help me achieve the needs I had to make my new prescription more efficient. For anyone out there feeling apprehensive as I was this whole experience with this entire office was a comforting and very positive experience. Thank you all.

Dr. Lin is the best. He is very professional, thorough, knowledgable, patient, kind and caring. He really cares for the customers and tries his best to be helpful in any way he could possibly can. What else can you ask for? After the visit, he sent us articles and videos on how to relieve dry eyes, etc. I really wish I could have met Dr. Lin earlier so our day to day computer work could be easier on eyes. Highly recommend Dr. Lin if you have any eye concerns.
