I moved out of the mission two years ago but I still come back for my annual appointments and to say hi because I love the staff and service so much! They carry very stylish and modern selection of glasses, I’m always looking to see what’s new in stock. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, any issues I have with my glasses they are quick to resolve. This brother-run operation makes me feel like I’m family every time I step through the door. I had the best experience at Valencia st. Optometry. Dr. Carcamo was amazing. He was very knowledgeable, personable and supportive. He made me feel comfortable during the eye exam and used all the tests to make sure my eyes weee healthy. Also the receptionists so friendly and kind. I have never been so excited about glasses. Truly my best experience with having an eye exam. The doctor was so thorough, took his time, explained everything to me about the constant and persistent issue I was facing and even solved the problem I have been having regarding a wrong prescription for 2 years. This office will take care of you and make sure that you are heard and understood. I am so grateful to now have solid answers and a better understanding of my vision and what I need. Ive been seeing Dr Adam for three years now. I continue to go back because of the professional aspect not to mention the ease of talking to all of them. When I call, they welcome me back and when I go to my appointment, there is recognition of who I am and a genuine smile on their faces.
