I made an appointment online for the following day but because of what I described my symptoms to be, they called me right up and said they wanted to see me immediately. Thankfully, everything was ok but I appreciated how much urgency and care they provided me to make sure it wasn’t serious. They are the best eye care practice in the Valley!
Professional and courteous office staff. Very quick processing of paperwork and insurance. Impressed with the modern equipment. Dr. Eric Clyde provided a great eye exam and was very knowledgeable.
Great optometrist, but not so great experience overall. I wasn’t allowed to see any other optometrist and she had very little availability. I When she did have openings it just didn’t work with my work schedule unfortunately. The staff was my last straw. I’ve had several women be rude to me on the phone and in person at this location. When I ordered my contact lenses I asked if I could make sure to pick them up at this location since it’s closest to my home. I was told via phone that I would have to pick them up at the other location in North Phoenix since that’s where I had my most recent appointment with the optometrist. I even received emails and texts stating my contact lenses were available for pick up at the North Phoenix location. I drove all the way down there to find out they were in fact not there and at the Arcadia location. I had to drive to the Arcadia location only to once again not receive friendliness at the front desk.
I completely adore the staff. It's always refreshing to come into a office and they remember you by name. The doctor is top notch and really knows what he is doing with your best interest at heart. The office manager always greets me with a personable smile and hug (fantastic). Recent Visit (06/26/18): same staff including the same doctor. Everything was as amazing as the first time - punctual, genuine, informative, and all around fantastic. Thank you all for the amazing experience. I can’t wait for my new frames!
