I’ve had a very positive experience with Valley EyeCare Center and Dr. Gagnon. Everyone in the office has been personable, helpful, and informative, and I really appreciated the short wait. Dr. Gagnon took the time to shake my hand when we met, which you don’t see as often anymore. It was a small gesture, but I think it says a lot about his professional and personal approach to his patients. He was very informative, caring, and took the time to explain everything and answer my questions. I haven’t had my surgery yet, so I can only speak about my experience so far, but up to this point it has been excellent. All thumbs up for Dr. Gagnon and the entire team at Valley EyeCare Center!

I originally had Kaiser, but it takes soooo long for them to determine what’s happening with my eye, I just need immediate resolution and urgency— I’ll be back within the week for another checkup from them. thank you so much for taking me in!!

Great staff. They examinations aren't like any I have had at other eye exams. Very thorough. Staff is freindly helpful and professional. Dr. Young is caring and explains you test results so you can understand what's going on in your eye.

I went there for urgent care, and I was really impressed with both the doctor and the technician. The doctor conducted a thorough evaluation, took the time to investigate my concerns, and provided excellent care. They were both professional, attentive, and helpful throughout my visit. I truly appreciated the quality of care I received.

Always excellent service from my doctor. She explains what the numbers in your exam mean. It is in a way that I can understand. Dr Swany never rushes your appointment. She is very detailed.persom. She is always willing to answer any questions or concerns you may have. I have been going to her for about five years now and she always treats me the same way as she did the first time we met.
