I was so excited to go here a year ago. I was so happy when I left. Then I read my paperwork and started getting phone calls. They didn't listen. At all. Except for me telling them I like a glass of wine a lot of nights? Pro tip, do not drink more than 2 drinks of anything alcoholic within a week or you're "abusing"? WTH. Also, I got so many tests and things at up with doctor's to get done and then come back. Seems like a good thing, right? Until you realize THEY DIDN'T LISTEN TO A THING! Literally. I'm not putting my health info on here, but I had 3 specialists appointments that they scheduled that I didn't need. And some of it was because I literally, physically, CAN'T need them!! All I need to know. I'll probably come back for my GP because options are limited, but I REFUSE to ever see the doctor or nurse i see at my appointment. Don't go here if you aren't ready to advocate for yourself. They might just kill you.

Fiancee had to have extensive dental work. The doctor, his dental assistant and the whole staff in Talbotton have been phenomenal through this whole process. Tomeka in the front office has made everything so easy for him to get appointments, and for me to get the bills paid. Friends took him for his appointments and say they have found their dentist office for the whole family ❤️. I do appreciate the kindness, care and professionalism given to my fiancee. Thank you all for your dedication and skills. I can't wait to move and get my dental work done. 💖

I called this facility because they are income based and my daughter needed to be seen 911. Her filling had come out and she was in pain. I called and was told this facility would be opened at 8am. I arrived at 8:10a and called back and was told someone is coming. They have an answering service by the way—you can’t speak with someone in the actual facility. I have been sitting here for a hour!! No one has come. So i called back and was told no one from the facility has informed the answering service that they should here. However, their hours are showing that they are open. So, I asked, basically you don’t know and I don’t know that they are open today?! The lady replied “no I don’t. Sorry.” I live too far for this nonsense and my daughter still needs to be seen!

This was honestly my best dental experience and I can't say enough good about the doctor and staff. Thank you so much!

The compassion shown to my father during his visit was remarkable. Everyone was so nice and willing to help. I can not express my gratitude enough.
