This office is amazing from the receptionist to the doctors! I was having issues with my eyes for some time and the previous Optometrist I was going to could not identify any issues. I was referred to an Ophthalmologist and still there was no progress. However, I went to see Dr. Walker and she was LIFESAVING! She saved my eyes and got me on the right regiment to keep them healthy. I thank God for her. She's the best!! I would recommend anyone to see them. They actually care about their patient's needs. They are easy to book an appointment and have a good section of glasses. Check them out!

One of best exams I've ever had. Dr and staff was very friendly. Offered coffee while I waited Adjusted my wife's glasses.

Called to check the status of office accepting Medicaid patients. Receptionist was rude, lefted me on hold for over 20 mins, came back to phone, scheduled appointment, then before I could ask the cost to have an exam for my husband out of pocket, she rudely Disconnected the call. I called bk and did not get a answer so I know she intentionally Disconnected the call. I'm not sure who pissed in her cereal but please understand professional phone etiquette before working in customer service. Thanks for getting us scheduled after over 3 months of trying to schedule an eye exam!

Went and got my eye checked today at Doublevision Eyecare LLC and omg never thought I’d enjoy such an exam lol 😂 but the staff here is absolutely incredible they are fabulous! Friendly, clean, and so informative! It was a great experience! Such an underrated business that’s right here in Columbus GA
