I had to get a pair of glasses replaced, and I forgot her name. I think she's the GM (I think her name is Ms. Lolita), but she represents 75 like me, and she was excellent, humorous, and didn't even try to lie to me about trying to fix my glasses. She's personable and gave excellent customer service. She, along with the rest of the staff, is the reason why I will stay a loyal Visionworks customer forever!
Great experience. Sales Associate was super helpful in choosing frames that work well with my prescription and face. Highly recommend this office.
PROS: Prompt. Knowledgeable. Patient. AMAZING customer service! The doc was great & attentive. Special shout-out to Ms. Dana! What a wonderful human. I wish I could've taken her home with me & my family! CON: get someone with a better disposition for the front desk, please. She was the ONLY negative person in the building. Very short (almost snappy) with other patients (standing at her desk AND when she answered the office phone) as I was waiting. Not welcoming or empathetic AT ALL. Her presence seemed...off... when compared with the rest of the staff & vibes of the customer service. AMAZING EXPERIENCE OVERALL.
If I could rate this place a 0 I certainly would. The unprofessional General Manager of theirs is highly unacceptable! I got my glasses almost $400 which I’m not complaining about the price but since they keep cracking on me now I’m concerned with what I paid for! I have returned my glasses 3 times and still nothing has been resolved with the cheap and overpriced material they are using! Do no, I repeat DO NOT go to this eye glass place!
One of the best eye exams I've had in a long time. It was done remotely and Sarah was fantastic with all of the pre testing. Dana was not pushy when it came to picking out glasses. Great people and awesome Doctor.
