Thank you Yiara, Jimena, Susie, & Mariana for helping replace my broken frames in a very fast & timely manner! Your excellent customer service and friendly greeting are so satisfying and makes me want to continue coming back. By far the best optometry office I’ve been too. (So sorry if I misspelled any of your names)

If I can give no stars I would.. terrible service!! She rushed my friend to choose a pair of glasses. "Won't be done for 2 months!!" Then picking them up the lady just handed it to her to leave.. no checking to see if it's the right Rx. Which it isn't & how do they fit your face?? NONE of that!! Not even a glass case!! Terrible TERRIBLE customer service!!

Google should allow zero rating. I went there to pick glasses because they called me that glasses are ready for pick up. So I went there and reception lady told me sign up and wait. I waited like more than 1 hour but nobody called me so I asked reception lady how long I have to wait? Then she grabbed glasses just behind where she was sitting on chair. I asked why I had to wait more than hour if glasses are ready then she said sorry for wait. There was another girl she was just smiling when asked for waiting. Last time we went there for eye exam lady was so rude and forcing us to pick frame quick. This place runs by bunch of unprofessional people. This place doesn’t deserve to be in the business. No wonder they have very low ratings on Google. I noticed reception lady was rude to everyone. Another girl sitting next to reception she was just playing with paper. Never going back again. 👎

Went in for an appointment booked last yr in November due to having eye pain caused by bad migraines. Was in the hospital due to it. Was told to make an appointment with eye Dr. Which I did and was told there was no opening til Feb. On the week of app I decided to call to confirm app since I never received a courtesy call. I even updated my # for some reason they had a # that wasn't mines on file. I've had my # now for over 5yrs. We've been to their office multiple times. I have 2 sons plus myself being seen here. Then comes day of app my son and I go in just to be told we had no app for that day and that it was canceled. Now I do not drive so my husband and my son had to leave work and school early to make it to this app. I spoke up and still wasn't given my time slot back. Was told there was ppl infornt of me. That it'll be over an 1hr wait. The waiting room was filled with ppl. My app was for an 10:30am slot. I left mad! I told them I will not be returning. Office staff is not communicating well with one another, canceling apps that shouldn't have been canceled. This was very sloppy of them. I should've spoke with an office manager but I left due to my anger and I was already coming out of character infront of my son. Today I am looking for an new optometry to go to as this was not the 1st time this has happened. It is sad due to the Dr being well liked by my children and myself. DO BETTER OFFICE STAFF!!!

Theres a reason folks this place has 2.5 stars and maybe one of them is because they don't accept walk ins (ok that's their right) although in my opinion that's doing a disservice to the public and is it because they just stay so busy? With 2.5 stars? Which brings me to my second complaint: so I wanted to schedule a appt and the next one was 25 days later almost a month away! c'mon who you guys trying to kid? ppl please stay away and take your business elsewhere and don't give this place the opportunity to show you why they have amassed a measly 2.5 stars thank you
