ALL of the staff is so kind!! I have had a handful of experience with them, and evertime their customers service is on point. I always have lots of questions and they always give me the time I need to make sure I understand. They reply back to your texts, and follow up with you in a timely manner. They are all so kind and down to earth and really do make you feel like you matter and aren't just a transaction. Thankful to have such a wonderful place I can trust for my whole family.

I have been using this business for several years. I moved from the valley and have tried 4 other optical centers on the north side and NONE of them could make a set of glasses, even was told I should come back here because they tried once and I guess they didnt care to try again. Each time I've tried anyone other place I wind up back here. Going forward although not convenient since we live nowhere close, they truly are the best we have found and will no longer try others!

Great group of people at this office. Minimal wait time, friendly, and knowledgeable. I arrived for my appointment about 20 minutes early to pick out frames before my exam. I was in and out in just over an hour and they attended to me during the appointment instead of multitasking. Very refreshing.
