⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Kendall did an amazing job helping me at LensCrafters. She mentioned that she is a brand-new sales associate, but you honestly wouldn’t know it from the level of service she provided. She was friendly, patient, and attentive, answered all of my questions, and when there was something she wasn’t sure about, she had no hesitation getting help to make sure I received the right information. What I appreciated most was that I never felt rushed or pressured into making a purchase. She gave me the time I needed and made the entire experience comfortable and enjoyable. Kendall is off to a great start, and LensCrafters is lucky to have her!

Love this place. Purchased my glasses several months ago recently had a small problem with a nose piece falling off. Came in today Amanda was fast, courteous, and professional. She took care of the problem and got us on our way!
