Dr. Hilton is wonderful. This was my second visit with him for a well woman exam. He is very kind, informative and knowledgeable. I appreciate him asking me questions, and his willingness to openly discuss concerns with me to get to know my personal values. I am grateful that I did not feel rushed and felt cared for. I’m not sure but there might have been a miscommunication from medical assistant to have me undress before the doctor’s computer questions. I would have rather been clothed and in a chair sitting face to face with Dr. Hilton for that part of the visit, instead of sitting on the exam table not at eye level. It was kind of awkward with his back towards me while being asked a bunch of personal questions. I don’t know if that’s standard care for the visit though. Regardless, I feel very comfortable in his care. Dr. Hilton is easy to talk to about women’s health and is very respectful. I highly recommend him. I think people forget Doctors are people too and deserve respect. There’s some pretty rude reviews that are more telling about a patient’s character rather than the doctor’s.

I came here when I had our first child in 2024. My doctor that delivered him was Dr. Joy, she was amazing and has since then retired. However I still come here and I see Alex Trotter. Alex is so kind and makes you feel comfortable so I was never afraid to ask questions or come to her with concerns. She’s been very helpful and I always feel well taken care of whenever I leave an appointment. I’ve used the app to send her messages when need be and she has always been very responsive as well.
Best experience compared to my last pregnancy down town. I highly recommend Venessa. She very polite, respectful & answers any of your concerns with out judgement. She really wants what’s best for you & your baby. No rush just comfort care and listings ears. She took her time to share all about the clinic & the hospital you will delver at. She made my anxiety and stress calm down & she also loves her job. Like you should.
Started going to Valley OBGYN and had a great experience. Then I get a letter in the mail about my doctor is retiring 2 months before I'm due. I prefer female doctors so I decided to switch OB's. I went to my final OB appt with Valley this last Tuesday. While waiting I called my new OB to see what I needed to transfer. I filled out the paperwork and handed it to the front desk. Got a call on Thursday to schedule for my diabetes as I got told via the portal that I have gestational diabetes. As a first time mom I was freaking out. Told the clinic scheduling my diabetes that I was switching care. They recommended i call my new OB to see if they got my records because my new OB uses a different clinic. Call my new OB they have not received my records. Call Valley who stated the rep I gave the paperwork to was not in the office and they couldn't tell me if she sent them or not. They then transferred me to the managers vm. Call back to my new OB Friday and they still had not received them. So Call Valley to see if I can obtain my records and deliver them myself. They then transfer me to the records lady vm. So I drive to Valley which I'm talked to from the lady with silver hair that sits all the way to the left. I ask for my records she then goes behind the wall and comes back and says "you can print them off the portal or we can but we will charge you." I said "that's fine how much" she then said "it's per page" I said "that's fine" I said my new OB said they would have received then 24 hours after Valley sent them If they did. The lady then proceeds to say well that's them not us. She then asks have you called your new clinic I said yes 20 minutes ago. So I proceed to call in which they tell me again no we have not received them. The lady at Valley then proceeds to say well I'll just send them I said thank you have a good day. She then say wooow wait wait you have an outstanding bill I said ok send me a bill. She then said well I'm just going to send them. So she made a big deal and made it so difficult to just get my records transferred for what. Wish Valley had better customer service. I did not feel like my baby or my health was important.
I’ve been a patient for years and I am now expecting my first child. Vanessa has been amazing throughout my pregnancy so far. She’s been informative and has a great bedside manner. While I was sad to have Dr. Joy retire before my due date, my first visit with Dr. Hilton put me at ease with his calm demeanor. Vanessa, Dr. Joy and Dr. Hilton have made me feel valued as a patient and that my baby and I will be taken care of.
