EXCELLENT! The eye doctor had to cycle thru like a dozen on trails for me and was super patient and nice about it all the whole time. Plus, they have a really nice place it feels very modern and they have all the fancy machines. 😎 The Sales guy is really professional and easy to get into contact with and their eyeglass specialist is super good at his job. Highly recommend
I cannot recommend this eye doctor’s office enough! From the moment you walk in, every single person is so welcoming, kind, and professional. The friendliness from the front desk to the entire staff truly makes you feel cared for and comfortable. What stood out the most to me was how genuinely the doctor listened to my concerns instead of rushing through the appointment. They took the time to find solutions that were actually helping, and I’ve already noticed my vision becoming clearer and better. If you’re looking for an office that truly cares about their patients and provides amazing care, this is the place to go. Highly recommend definitely a 5-star experience!
The staff were super friendly and kind. They were all up beat and got me through my appointment in a timely manner. They walked me through every process of the exam and it made it easy and quick. Dr. Helaina Boulieris is such a sweet person, a definite gem. They were even helpful in helping me find frames that I like even though my insurance didn’t cover frames from them and I was considering buying from a third party sight, they printed my prescription for me and even took my PD so I could get frames however I chose. They also offer a package deal for those paying out of pocket for frames for a reasonable price. Just a very nice experience. Would definitely recommend.
Staff has been amazing ever since I started seeing this clinic in 2022. Doctor is very kind and takes her time. Assistant is also great and explained everything along the way. Front to back a great place for eye exams and eye care.
I am so impressed by everyone at this office. From the front desk welcome to the tech that took me through the different steps for my eye exam and then Dr B…first rate! It was a lovely experience to be taken care of so well. They were attentive, concerned and lead me to the next step after finding something that needs further attention. I appreciate them all.
