We were passing through Grand Junction on a trip and my prescription reading glasses broke. Went in this morning to see if I could get my glasses fixed and the ladies in the office worked a miracle. They were able to find another frame that would fit my existing lenses. :) They were very kind and professional. Thank you to Tanya at the front desk and Danielle the manager for helping me out. Now I'll be able to see clearly:)

Just had an eye appointment and honestly… I’d go back just for the vibes! Every single person in that office was so friendly it felt like I accidentally walked into a place where people actually like their job. Smiles, laughs, great energy…10/10 experience from start to finish. The exam went great. Dr. Allen was patient, helpful, and incredibly supportive while I sat there going, “better… worse… wait, go back… no the other one” like my eyes and brain were not on the same team. But she understood exactly what I needed. I definitely recommend this office. 🤓
I had to gave them one star because when I arrived they told me after I had already made an appointment that they decided to discriminate against people in wheelchairs, because the door openings were not wide enough to allow my wheelchair into the exam rooms. They obviously made this as an economic decision because the costs to widen doors is minimal. They told me I could go to their other offices but if one decides to discriminate why go to another office. They did not tell me when I made the appointment but instead decided to waste my time and instead told me when I arrived. The two ladies at the front must of not known also because they told me to fill out the information for the exam until another lady from the office told me I could not be seen due to the door opening were not wide enough without even letting me look how wide the doors were. She obviously was an expert in wheelchair widths because she seemed to know it all. The only door I could see was wide enough but NO one there seemed to care and hurried my out the door. Please go somewhere else where they care for everyone not the people who probably need the care the most.
Love this office! All the staff is wonderful, so kind and helpful! So easy going and friendly. The office has great natural lighting, making picking your glasses an easy process! Would recommend Dr. Allen and her office to anyone!
The experience was great from check in to check out. I got a very thorough exam by Dr. Kamenski and found a wonderful pair of Prada frames, I'll definitely be back!
