Daniel was very nice and professional. He helped me put in my Meta lenses in under 10 minutes after I struggled for hours.
Wonderful experience. Dr Sim is fantastic and explained everything during my eye exam. The customer service was top notch. They took the time to help pick out the right frames for me, were patient and answered all my questions without being pushy or salesy.
I was in LensCrafters for an annual eye exam. Great experience and a very accurate prescription. The optical technician, Galya, guided me with her knowledge and professionalism in choosing the correct frames for the specified prescription. Both were patient and kind and were able to address any of my questions. I will for sure visit the store again and thank you for the great job.
