My husband and I had eye exams here about a month ago. It was a great experience, The doctor and staff were very professional. I even ordered glasses and needed them shipped to another state because I was leaving for a work contract. They were very helpful to ship them to me. Very wonderful experience would definitely recommend!!
What a great experience! My eyes are changing and I wanted a real, thorough eye exam and that’s what I got at Vanderbilt Optical! No line and I didn’t feel rushed. They even told me to wait to make sure I was happy with my new prescriptions! I highly recommend going here!
Dr Eugenides is great at his job. He is also offering something that it is hard to get anymore. It's an independant business where you can call and get an appt in a pinch and see the same Dr each time. They also have many really nice and unique frames. I called at 9am because my 7 year old daughter's eye was bothering her and I asked to come-in asap. He offerred a 10am appt. It was minimal paperwork and he saw us on time. He looked in her eye and found a piece of iron in her cornea. He did not give me or my 7 year old time to panic. He quickly numbed her eye, and removed the object with a special tool. He prescribed drops and explained everything. It was a refreshing experience to encounter a Dr so competent and thoughtful. While there, I saw many other customers get the same great service we received. Our entire family will be moving over to Vanderbilt Optical. Thank you!
Dr. Jason Eugenides has been our family eye doctor for the past 10 years. Recently I had an issue with my left eye and my insurance company recommended All Saints Eye Center in Naples. The eye exam was covered under my insurance plan. I had been there in 2020 when we moved to Naples. The same Doctor was still working there using the same old eye exam machine. He gave me a quick look and said there were some eye floaters and that was it. They billed my insurance for $350 and sent me a surprise bill for $143.80 (you pay or it’s off to collections, so I was told) Not satisfied with this eye exam, I headed to Dr. Jason Eugenides at Vanderbilt Optical here in Naples for his eye exam. He used the same updated version of the eye machine (looks like a Batman mask) then ho took me to another room and used 2 state of the art machines that took photos of the inside of my eye, of the veins. Told me it was eye strain, gave me a new prescription and billed me $99 for this complete eye exam and I did not have to wait 3 hours. THANK YOU!!
So glad that Dr. Eugenides was able to see me so quickly on a visit to see my family in Florida. I had broken my glasses while on my visit and he was able to give me an exam right away ! Bless him..very good of him to see me right away at the end of the day...Friday..which was also the day after Christmas. I got a beautiful pair of glasses and would recommend him highly !!! Love my new prescription !! Excellent doctor !! Thank you Dr. Eugenides !!! I LOVE the tint in the lenses he did too !! Perfect !!! ✨️🙏🏻✨️
