Shitty and unprofessional place ever. I had a 9:00 AM appointment for my children and waited for 45 minutes before checking with the receptionist for an update. I was told we would be called shortly. By 10:10 AM, we still had not been seen. When I asked again, they informed me that the doctor had just returned from surgery and that we would need to wait another 30 minutes. Apparently, the office staff had not even been informed that the doctor was in surgery. This was extremely unprofessional. If a patient misses an appointment, there is a $25 no-show fee. But when the doctor is unavailable and patients are left waiting without communication or even an apology, there is no accountability. Very disappointing experience.

This was the most unprofessional medical experience I’ve had in my 68 years. The exam I felt was being rushed. I spoke up, at the end was told why don’t you just go to an eyeglass store & not given any results. When I called a bit later I was told I’d get a call back. That didn’t happen, so called 4 days later and person couldn’t care less.

Called to find out if my insurance was covered and what the cost of a contact lens exam and the lenses would be after insurance. The woman who answered the phone was very rude and told me the price of the exam would be $325, and they have no way of knowing what my insurance will cover, that's up to me to find out. Terrible practice, and every other eye doctor I've called was able to tell me what would be covered by my insurance.

I have a very rough couple of months with this place. I’m a diabetic and I’ve been trying to get an appointment and it’s just no such luck. I have been going here since I was a kid, and I’m a type 1 diabetic so I go every year to get my eyes checked. But this year I don’t know what has happen. The lack of customer service is horrible. I had scheduled an appointment and was giving one in September of course. I tried to view my appointment date on the portal and it wasn’t listed. So I called to make sure and a gentleman told me there was no such appointment made. I was very upset cause I know it’s usually takes a while to get an appointment. The gentleman gave me a new appointment but at a different location I was unfamiliar with. He was slightly rude cause I told him I would rather go to the walnut street building which I knew. He proceeded to tell me why wait that long when he has an earlier appointment at a different location. First of all I don’t like how he spoke to me cause I was not rude at all. I just told him I was more comfortable with going to walnut street. But he kept pushing the fact that this other location was sooner. So I took it anyway to get him to stop. The appointment came unfortunately I ran into some financial issues and I knew I would not be able to make the appointment in October. So I called to get it rescheduled and the women told me I would have to wait until December. So I took the December date. I would be available and I would have the money. So I go double check my appointment on the portal and of course my appointment is not listed. Come to find out they switched portals for online scheduling and I knew nothing about it. There’s no communication anymore with the patients to let us know anything. At this point I don’t think I want to return to wills eyes.

The doctors are awsome here n staff is nice, but the waiting time is terrible. Usually It's 2-4 hours after scheduled appointment you get to see the doctor, but this time it took 8-12 because of emergencies pulled 2 away n only 1 Dr seeing patients. There are 6 listed, but expect an all day event when you go. They don't respect the patients time.
