Vaught Family Eye Care

I called during normal business hours and was sent straight to voicemail claiming the office to be closed. Then I got a text on my phone asking me to leave a text message and they would get back with me the next day. They text 2 days later to just send a message saying they aren't accepting new patients. Very unprofessional that a simple phone call couldn't be answered to tell that plus, it's not posted on their website that they aren't taking any new patients.

I absolutely love this place! My whole family just started going here and I can gladly say that this will be my optometrist for as long as I live in the area. Every single staff member was extremely friendly from the moment I walked in the door until I left, had great bedside manner, and every person that worked with me provided EXCELLENT customer service! Dr. Vaught was probably the most personable, kind optometrist I have encountered in my lifetime!!! Thank you for being great at what you guys do!!!

Was greeted by Olivia when I arrived for my appointment. She confirmed that everything was in order and invited me to have a seat. After a couple of minutes, Kellie invited me back for the preliminary examination and It was very thorough. It's been too long since I had an eye exam that extensive. After Kellie was done with me she showed me to the eye chart room where, after a brief wait Diana came in and went through the eye chart stuff with me and was great at answering all my questions. Diana showed me out to the room where the frames are on display and I was able to try on several frames finally finding frames I like. I sat down with Morgan for the fitment and discussed what options I wanted. She showed me the pricing and answered my questions handled the billing and told me that I would be contacted when my new glasses arrive (10-15 business days). One of the most straight-forward, comprehensive eye exams I have ever had. Everyone was very pleasant and professional. Highly recommended!

Started going to Vaught Family Eye care one year ago. Had issues with new prescription glasses fitting my odd shaped head properly. The ladies put alot of time and effort into getting my glasses to fit me. Explained what and all they could and did do. Glasses now fit well and felt I should share my experience. Great service, knowledgeable staff and I highly recommend!

While my husband and I were out of town, he forgot his spare contacts and lost one. Poor guy was walking around with one eye open and squinting. Vaught was super accommodating in helping him get his prescription filled even though we were out from out of state. Friendly and great customer service!
