Inefficient. Wait times from walk in to seeing the doctor is one hour. Edit: I was short with my original review, so allow me to be more concise. After arriving to this office, we were told by the front desk to expect to wait one hour from appointment time to see the provider. This was the first time we were given any sort of timeline to the length of the appointment time. The office did get us in quicker, as the owner replied, 40 minutes. What has left me floored was the response I received from this review. I was called that day and berated about my review by "HR" aka the Doctor's husband. I felt that this was extremely inappropriate. I'm guessing that they saw my name on the review, used my name to look in my chart and get my phone number to call me. This felt extremely violating. As a healthcare provider myself, I am sure that this is inappropriate use of protected health information. So, for those thinking of coming here, have the expectation to wait an hour to see a provider, and if you dare leave a bad google review trying to help other busy mothers know what to expect, know that your "protected" chart information may be used to harass you over the phone.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Veteto and all of the folks that work in her office. Everyone is so kind from time you check in to the moment you leave. They’ve been taking care of my eyes and glasses needs for several years now, and I’m always so impressed with how efficient the office flow is. Alamogordo is so blessed to have this kind of service!

Great appointment. Michael was great doing the original intake using the different machines. He is very professional and friendly. Did not have to wait long to see Molly. As always she was efficient and ready to answer any questions. Everything about my eyes was explained to my understanding. Check out was quick and easy. Molly has a great staff.

We had a very good & nice experience today at Dr Veteto’s office. The receptionist who checked us in and the eye technician were very kind and polite and processed us through very professionally. Dr Veteto was running a little behind, but was very apologetic and kind, she took care of my husband and I in a timely manner, answering our questions throughout. Last but not least, checking-out with the young office staff member was another smooth, kind, polite employee; she was very knowledgeable regarding our insurance. Definitely a Five Star experience for us today. Thank you!

I was referred here by the urgent care today. All I can say is I was highly impressed with this optomistrous clinic Dr.Molly is amazing. I highly recommend thus place. I feel they really listen and do their best to help.
