Walmart calls this a 'Supercenter' for good reason. It seems to have nearly everything a person would need. While this may be convenient, it also makes things hard to find. The store personnel have an app that helps them tell you where stuff is supposed to be. I was looking for a snow sled which I was told is in a corner of the store. Unfortunately, it was not there. Would be nice if the website could tell you where stuff is in the store (like Home Depot and Lowes). The store is now bright and clean. A while back, it was messy with many items on the floor rather than in the racks. It is much nicer now.

I was on my way out of this Walmart, minding my own businesses, I stopped to show the receipt checker my receipt. I kept it respectful, it was fine at first. Then this grown man started to argue with me about the amount of items on my receipt compared to the items that were in my cart. I knew I scanned everything correctly, and payed a heavy penny for it. I’m never the type of person to steal, or argue with employees that are just trying to do their job. But this man was full blown harassing me. I think this man was counting the envelope that came with the card I bought as a separate item. He literally followed me out the door, raising his voice at me, accusing me of stealing. Mind you, two full grown men walked by and he waved them both off before me. He decided it was a good idea to harass a young girl, I think not. Whoever this man is needs to written up, I’m never the type of person to do this but do NOT harass me out the door. I wished him a blessed day, kill them with kindness.
Very frustrating experience at the Glenmont Walmart. I asked an Indian employee if she could unlock a glass case, and she said she didn’t have the key. There were several other Indian associates standing in the same area near self-checkout, but nobody seemed to know who had the key or how to help. No one offered an alternative or directed me to the right person. Another customer suggested I try customer service, but when I got there, the desk was empty. This isn’t the first time either. The last time I needed razors, I waited about 30 minutes for someone to unlock the case. Management needs to do a better job training employees and improving communication so customers aren’t left wandering around looking for help.
This Walmart is conveniently located, one stop shop for literally anything you could need. I’m glad we had a good one so close to our house! Good groceries too, in fact, the meat quality never let me down. Honestly think the food is higher quality, for the most part, than the other grocery across the street.
The best place to shop for!! I love it good quality stuff and good prices amazing service!! Nothing like Walmart
