I had such a wonderful experience! The entire staff was incredibly sweet, welcoming, and knowledgeable. They made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in and took the time to answer all of my questions. My morning started off with a little bit of chaos when I got into my car and realized I was losing air in my tire, which meant I had to cancel my appointment. Thankfully, it ended up being a quick fix, and when I called back, the staff was so understanding and kind. They were able to get me back in for an appointment not long after the one I had to cancel and I truly appreciated how accommodating and understanding they were. After my last eye exam experience being entirely telehealth, it was so refreshing to have a real, personal experience with people who genuinely cared. The kindness, professionalism, and human connection made such a difference. I’m so grateful for the wonderful care I received and would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for an eye doctor!

On two occasions I made the mistake of going elsewhere for glasses or contacts, and on both occasions I ended up going back to Dr. Luzon to get the job done right. He and his staff are friendly and helpful, and I always walk away with the right glasses (this last time it was for contacts…I love them). No more going other places; I will go only to Dr. Luzon from now on. He’s the best around.

Excellent Service Dr. Luzon and his staff have been fabulous to work with. My husband and I both got our exams and glasses here. My husband's glasses ended scratched within a week of having them and they replaced the lens, free of charge. I also ordered contacts and have strong astigmatisms in both eyes. The first pair of trials didn't work out. Dr. Luzon placed an order for not 1 but 2 different brands for me to test out before making a final choice! The optical staff have always been friendly and sociable, offering suggestions and feedback, even when they are super busy! Absolutely stellar customer service all around!

Dr Luzon is very competent. Quick , friendly and sociable. He makes the patient feel comfortable. Got an exam and ordered a pair of glasses in less than an hour for a reasonable price.. Thank you Wal-Mart.

Dr. Luzon is the best. He's extremely professional, conversational and thorough. His staff makes you feel comfortable with no hard sale. All very courtious and professional.
