This was the 2nd Visionworks I went to and they made sure to do what was necessary to take care of my eye wear needs. They were very professional and polite. An overall wonderful experience. I cannot remember the young lady's name who helped me but she was super sweet and also, the young man working there was attentive as well. Thanks League City Location!!
Sabrina made me feel very comfortable and we had to call the insurance company and she was very understanding and helpful. I really appreciated her being there. She picked out a pair at first then I ended up with that very pair she picked out. She helped me with knowledge about different coatings for my glasses with working with computers. I can't say enough good things about Sabrina she's the best!
I believe the lady's name that assisted me was Serena she was so helpful. I have an injured left knee she was my legs when I was there she went well above the scope of her job. You have an excellent employee with Serena. I have worked in Customer Service for well over 40 years and would have loved having her as my co-worker.
I went in to see if they could fix my glasses after only having them for a month, they said because I didn’t get the warranty and there was nothing they could do and then the woman asked me if I would like her to snap my glasses. They could’ve simply said sorry you don’t have the warranty I can’t fix that but now she asked me if I would like her to snap my glasses and then try to sell me another frame.
I bought glasses, I was unhappy so I took them back as they have a 100 day money back guarantee. The 1st pair I picked out was $259 the 2nd pair was only $59 I spoke to 3 different people none of which wanted to give me the difference in the price. Had I been told when I swapped them out I might have picked same cost frames. After back and fourth I was told they would send my issue to VSP that is owns Vision works. 2 weeks later I call VSP they know nothing about the situation. DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE They will take your money and lie to you!
