I have been wearing glasses and contacts for over 25 years, and my recent visit to View Optical Eyeglasses Store was, hands down, the best experience I’ve had to date. From the start, booking an appointment was immediate and hassle-free. They were ready to take me in on same day, and the check-in and payment processes were completely seamless thanks to their amazing staff. The pricing is also incredibly competitive! The doctor is truly best-in-class—kind, thorough, and incredibly detail-oriented. I never once felt rushed. They took the time to listen to all the little nuances of what I was looking for in my contacts and provided more than enough samples so I could try different varieties. The follow-up to finalize my prescription was just as smooth as the rest of the visit. I absolutely love the end-to-end experience here. I’m never going anywhere else—this is it!

Same day turnaround for glasses is an extremely useful offering here; all of the service members in store were very patient and helpful. Thanks to Lena and the whole team there for helping me out. I will say the frames are definitely more high end/they carry a lot of the more famous brands.

A 10+ on customer service and a 100 on product knowledge from the first phone call I made cause I was in a emergency situation with no backup on eyeware I was left in a dragic vision loss since loosing my eye glasses Anna made me feel like over the phone even though it was getting late it was like Melvin I got you I was amazed she said get here by 3:15 you'll be waring new frames by 7 and 7 it was. Also I did purchase some additional features for my new glasses didn't even know it even existed thank to Anna product knowledge I may have came in looking for a bargain but left sec ured in my purchase & now I can go out in the park and play with Chewy cause he's always in my clear site. By the way I casually brought him to your retail business cause it was hot in my vehicle but it was brief thank to your staff for accommodating. Melvin Smith. I had a wonderful stress-free experience working with Anna on the phone and in the store to get lenses put into my new glasses! She was so kind, attentive, communicative, and thorough. I also spoke briefly with Amanda who was superb as well. Having the ability to contact the office via text or phone is a huge time saver. I really appreciated being able to call and have a kind person pick up the phone instead of having to deal with a cold convoluted automated system. All of that, and the turnaround time is extremely speedy! I dropped my frames off yesterday afternoon and they will be ready this evening! Superb customer service and a quick turnaround time make for a magnificent combination. A true gem. Highly highly recommend View Optical for all your eyewear needs!

The store boasts an impressive selection of glasses, and Amanda's personalized approach makes customers feel like part of a family.
