We had an excellent experience at View Optical, thanks to Anna! She was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding of our situation. We had lost my 5-year-old daughter’s glasses while traveling and urgently needed a replacement. Anna took the time to help us choose the perfect frame and explained which lenses would work best for a young child. She was knowledgeable, professional, and always greeted us with a warm smile, making the entire experience stress-free. We placed the order on Friday, and to our surprise, the glasses were ready by Saturday morning. The turnaround time was amazing! I highly recommend View Optical for their exceptional customer service, quick turnaround, and wide selection of quality frames. Thank you, Anna, for going above and beyond to help our family!

Same day turnaround for glasses is an extremely useful offering here; all of the service members in store were very patient and helpful. Thanks to Lena and the whole team there for helping me out. I will say the frames are definitely more high end/they carry a lot of the more famous brands.

Stopped by View Optical in Fremont to get my sunglasses adjusted, and Joe was awesome. My sunglasses were bent in a really odd way and weren’t easy to straighten. Joe spent a good amount of time working on them, making small adjustments until he finally got them perfect. You could tell he genuinely cared about getting it right. Super friendly guy, very knowledgeable, and never once seemed impatient. The whole staff was welcoming and professional too, which says a lot about the place. Highly recommend View Optical. Great customer service is hard to find these days, and Joe is a big reason I’ll be coming back.

one star... such a waste of time. the assistant on the phone said they can get glasses very quick without telling us you need to add a bunch of additional things for the lense. if you just get a standard lense, it takes 10-14days, which you can go to costco for a much cheaper option. for the ones that you can actually get it in 3days, it will require you add many layers to the lense and they are very pricy. so there essentially not much value proposition here...
