Village Eye Care

The team at Village Eye is SO GREAT! I can’t say enough about their professionalism, kindness, expertise and helpfulness! The office is beautiful and I always love the decor. It doesn’t feel like going to a clinic, rather a gallery. Make sure to stop in the hallway to appreciate Dr. Mintle’s collection of Lego figures. If you have a little one who is not excited about having their eyes poked and prodded (NOT AT ALL how they handle patients btw), this fun collection of yellow plastic dudes will totally get their mind off of it! Thanks to Pam, I didn’t experience my usual decision fatigue from adulting tasks. She is decisive and honest about what looks good on you and whether it’s a good choice for your lifestyle. I cannot wait to get my FIRST EVER pair of prescription glasses for these ole lady eyes!

Very friendly office staff and eye exam techs. The doctor was super knowledgeable and thorough. And Pam in the glasses department was so helpful and really knew how glasses should fit someone’s face. I was seriously impressed with this establishment. I will be recommending them to everyone!

5 stars so far. My wife had an optical emergency and VEC rearranged their schedule to get her in after my optometrist told her "30 days or more." Everyone so far is friendly, helpful, and professional (except for threatening to lock us in the old safe if we don't behave).😇

Best customer service from everyone there. Explained everything as they went. A beautiful, warm office, and it felt very homey. This was the best experience I have ever had as a new patient. Thank you for this experience.
