From the second we walked through the door, we were welcomed with such warmth and genuine friendliness by your assisting manager, Sharah. She immediately set the tone for what turned out to be a first-class experience, making us feel comfortable, valued, and right at home. Trevor, the technician, was equally impressive. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but his personality made the entire process enjoyable and relaxed. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we felt confident every step of the way. Dr. Abigail Gonsalves was simply fantastic. Her expertise and attention to detail were evident throughout the exam. She provided thoughtful insights and laid out an excellent plan for the future of our eye health, which gave us great confidence moving forward. It's clear she truly cares about her patients and takes pride in delivering top-tier care. On top of that, your team went above and beyond in helping us select some fabulous glasses. The staff made what can sometimes feel like a daunting decision into a fun and seamless experience. Everyone we interacted with had such a terrific personality—it really made a lasting impression. Overall, Village Eyecare delivers a genuinely first-class experience. The combination of professionalism, knowledge, and warmth from your entire staff is something special. What a great experience! Mrs. Sherice picked the perfect pair of glasses for me! She's really good at knowing exactly what looks great on you. She explained the pricing and what my insurance covered. Not to mention Village Eye Care has the best customer service in Hyde Park hands down. This is the only place I trust with my eyes.

I LOVE village evey care. Not only do i work across the street, but this is in such a convenient location!! everyone was extra friendly, kind, and caring. i had a really great experience with the tech, as well as the dr both of which made sure i was comfortable at all times. special shout out to the front desk! the gentleman is such a sweetheart, and we clicked so well. also, the ladies that handle the financials were absolutely hilarious, and put a big smile on my face. see you all soon!!!

I had a wonderful experience at Village Eye Care! The service was excellent from start to finish. Check-in was prompt and efficient, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The doctor paid great attention to detail, making sure every part of my exam was thorough and easy to understand. I really appreciated how comfortable they made me feel throughout the visit. I highly recommend Village Eye Care for anyone looking for quality, professional, and caring eye care!

Overall great place. Staff is courteous and friendly. The reason why I took one star away is that my trial lenses from manufactures weren’t placed for order until I called them and asked to investigate. After I called them they followed it through.
