Any office that gets emergencies in right away gets my Highest recommendation. That’s Village Optical. Leah at the front desk was kind and professional. Thanks to her service oriented mentality she made the appointment happen. We were right across the street and called them on a whim with what turned out to be a minor eye condition. They prescribed an antibiotic and my husband felt relief immediately knowing he was on the road to recovery. Dr. Riley was professional and personable. We will definitely be going back.

Dr. Brad and the team are THE BEST! In and out no fuss no muss. Minimal waiting handled all the record transfers easy peasy. Staff in optical are knowledgeable and very friendly. Not a long waitlist either got seen very fast when I called for an appointment. Highly reccomend!

*** 1/25/24 - Just an update - went back to Village Optical again and had another great experience. Brandon was excellent, and extremely helpful. Love getting good care like this. What a great experience!! My glasses broke at work, and I stopped in as a walk-in at lunch. They were so nice and the place is beautiful. Brandon took me right away, and i was fixed and seeing well again in minutes. I am so impressed - I will definitely be back with all my glasses issues. Keep up the good work.

From beginning to end my experience here has been wonderful. Scheduling was easy, and everyone there is so friendly. Dr. Ho spent a great amount of time hearing what my needs were, and was helpful in answering all of my questions. Felicia was refreshing to work with on getting my glasses and contacts ordered. I was hesitant moving to a different provider after the one I’d been seeing for a while moved, but everyone here made the switch easier for me and I am glad to have found them. My glasses and contacts came in within the appropriate timeline given the holiday. Thanks again for making this experience a good one.

I have been coming here for probably 10 years or more. I considered switching when my 2nd doctor left, but I am so glad I stayed. The Paoli office has changed and for the better. I really like Dr Ho - she is on par with my last 2 doctors, but the opticians - both Brandon and Matthew - have been beyond amazing. I am so glad I never switched :) Update - 1/10/25 add Marc in too! Stopped in to pick up my glasses and he got me squared away. Def recommend this location!
