VIP Eye Care Optical Boutique at Carillon

This was my second visit to VIP Eye Care Optical Boutique, and once again I was highly impressed. This clinic delivers exceptional care. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome. I was seen right on time — a huge plus for anyone with a busy schedule. The optometrist was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly. Their technology is impressive, and the team helped me find the perfect frames with an excellent, wide‑variety selection and zero pressure. Highly recommend for anyone seeking top‑tier eye care. I’ll definitely be back and will be referring all my friends!

I first interacted with the staff there who were welcoming, friendly and patient. I observed this attitude throughout my visit. Dr. Henri was amazing! She was thorough and went through a detailed examination. She was warm and kind and very professional.

I lost my glasses, never fun under the best of circumstances. I called VIP Carrilon where I had purchased the lost pair. From there it was easy, quick and excellent care. I met Dr. Lambert who was thorough and explained every test/pictures he took. Then Molly helped me decide what features I wanted with the new glasses and gave me a good selection to choose from. Thank you Carrilon VIP for everything.

Dr. Lambert was excellent. He explained everything he did, answered every question and was very personable. The staff was prompt and courteous. I wish all my medical appointments were as pleasant.

I had my initial visit at the Carillon site and the entire staff was amazing. Dr. Thomas Lambert OD was great, he listened to my concerns and explained the different options available for me.
