I had such a great experience at VIP VISION off Fairmont in Pasadena. The employees were incredibly friendly & welcoming from the moment I walked in. The office was very clean and the doctors truly care about their patients. You can tell they’re extremely knowledgeable and take the time to explain everything thoroughly. It’s rare to find a clinic that’s both efficient and genuinely caring. Highly recommend VIP VISION to anyone looking for excellent eye care! Added bonus that it was easy to access & plenty of parking! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I ran after work to bring my son drove 30 min just to be turned away because the doctor said he was too little , and to find an specialist who could help him because he didn’t know if my son was going to be able to stand still. When i called for the appointment i made sure the receptionist knew the date of birth and his age . So he decided to not do an eye exam , maybe this place needs real specialists

Great experience overall. Fast and easy to make an appointment online. Eye exam was quick and easy too! The staff was great and laid back. I was in and out quickly during my work day.

Bad 👎 dismissive .

Unfortunately, new management is not good at following up. My trials weren't ordered until I called back asking for them and was told somebody didn't place the order. My trials were in office and never received a call that they had arrived. I went to the location to ask in person, then they "found them." Then when my prescription was suppose to be finalized and emailed to me, it wasn't done until I had to call the second time. My visit with the optometrist was also not a good one. He became flustered when I mentioned that the contacts were not setting in after 3 different tries.
