This eye clinic is really a mixed experience for me. The staff themselves are always nice, helpful, and great to work with. Anytime I’ve needed help fixing my glasses or ordering something, they’ve taken care of it and made things easy, which I truly appreciate. However, actually getting an appointment is extremely difficult. If you don’t schedule a year in advance, it feels almost impossible to get in. I recently had some concerning changes with my vision and wasn’t able to be seen, which forced me to go elsewhere. I understand that life happens and things like maternity leave come up, but vision issues are serious, and it was frustrating not being able to get scheduled—even after trying multiple locations. My vision problems have not been solved. And they just canceled my daughter's appointment for june and my appointment for july.From our one year scheduled appointments. The glasses selection is nice, and they carry some really great sunglasses, but prices are definitely higher compared to big box stores. Overall, I’ve had a couple of good experiences, but my most recent ones have been very disappointing. It’s hard to balance the friendly service with the lack of availability when it matters most.
