I cannot praise this practice too highly. For two years I have marveled at how Dr. Byron Ladd, in saving my right eye from macular degeneration, has worked with a deftness that saves the procedure from being frightening. His helpers likewise deserve high marks, esp. for the way they reassure patients. From among this excellent group of assistants, I would single out Lucy and Latesha.
Can't say enough about Dr Orzel. I had an emergency situation. She got me in right away. Got to the bottom of my issue quickly.Took her time to answer all my questions. She is very knowledgeable and professional. Look forward to my next visit.
Dr. Krawitz is the best! He performed my cataract surgery and I couldn’t be more pleased. I have seem several ophthalmologists over the years and I rank him as #1. He’s professional, knowledgeable, and personable.
The office staff and medical personnel were very kind & helpful. Dr. Wu was most helpful & detailed in explaining procedures, options available, & follow up steps that woukd be taken. I felt confident in my decision to choose Dr. Wu for my cataract procedure.
Dr Orzel was extremely knowledgeable, professional, patient, friendly, helpful - all the things! I have a lot of eye issues and she was up to speed on everything and made informed decisions about treatment and plan going forward while my usual doctor’s office was closed due to a power outage.
