Best experience getting new glasses! The staff was amazing from beginning to end. They were so friendly and helpful. Great selection to choose from. I got 3 pairs made in under an hour, Will definitely be coming back. Amazing customer service.
I had a great experience in Pella, Iowa! The girls are always so very helpful and accommodating. Excellent crew that work so well together (assistants and lab) . I had my 2 pair of glasses in an hour which was great! The place is clean and organized. My only negative is the Vision For Less company offers a free pair of glasses when you purchase the first pair. The options of free glasses are only about 10 pair and they never get changed out. It’s frustrating….
Awesome customer service! She took time to help us figure out the best way to purchase multiple pairs of glasses. Her cheerful, kind and patient assistance will make us come back again! Topnotch!
The absolute best place to get your eyewear. They greet you and give you helpful advice on their products, glasses and/or deals. I would recommend getting glasses from here.
From the eye doctor to selecting my frames to working with the girls inputting my insurance information everything went seamless and who knew you could get your glasses in 49-minutes ! What a rewarding experience to actually have a business with employees that care about their customers experience in a way that's heartfelt !!! Now would I return again in the future ?
