The customer service I receive when I’m in the store is always top tier. They have a good selection of frames and lenses, with very reasonable pricing. I personally have never had a poor experience in there. Caydence is always fun to work with and she’s very helpful. Overall, everyone I encounter inside the store is helpful, and the lab techs do a great job with getting your new glasses to you, as quickly as possible. I’ll always come here for new glasses.

Very good service. The doctor speaks Spanish and everyone is very friendly. They gave me a great deal, and the glasses cleaning solution is free for life. My glasses were ready in 1 hour.

Visited yesterday for exam and glasses. The optometrist is amazing as is his colleague Dedra. The store was very busy. Our lengthy wait to finally purchase our glasses had nothing to do with the staff. Brandy , Ashley and another lady were working as quickly as possible. Their knowledge, patience and professionalism was impressive , there were simply too many customers. I would encourage corporate to consider adding at minimum on Saturdays, one additional csr at this location. ✌️❤️🙂❤️✌️

Great doctor but front staff is rude and you wait over hour to pick up glasses. They sign people in but take people that come after you. If you question why they did that. You get told you are yelling and have to wait for another employee. I did not raise my voice and firmly asked the question and said the apology didn’t matter. Just fix the problem and give me my glasses. This us not the first time this has happened to me. Will be the last time i deal with the retail part of Champaign IL Eyemart Express.

UPDATED, I came in for my appointment today May 28, at 4:30 PM. I spoke with the manager and she offered no explanation and just said she and BRANDY and were the only ones working. No apology , no excuses etc. for Brandy's rude behavior. I refuse to purchase eyeglasses from this establishment. However, the optometrist was more than professional. But looking at other reviews, this is apparently not the first time Brandy has offended customers or been blatantly rude. So you lost $400 in retail sales because of Brandy. However, my optometry appointment went very well. NOTE: This happened today at 10:00 AM May 27th. The ladies in the optometrist office were great. HOWEVER the younger woman at the front desk in the retail eyeglass section (mid 30's brunette ) was extremely rude and nasty. Definitely needs an attitude adjustment. She was unfriendly and unhelpful when I walked in and told me to go talk to the optometrist because it wasn't her job. Just a horrible experience all around. Rude and unprofessional behavior. I definitely will continue to see the optometrist, but will never purchase glasses from you guys. Horrible experience all around.
