I do not recommend this optical shop; they are terrible. They made me miss two appointments. They cancelled the first one because the doctor wouldn't be available—and you have to wait a whole month for another appointment. I went back, and once I was already at the office, they told me, "We have to reschedule today's appointment." Never go to a place where they toy with your appointments and your health. They tried to give me yet another appointment for the following month. I told them absolutely not—that they are a disgrace and provide terrible service. Who wants to go to a place run by people who aren't serious and aren't professional in the slightest? On a scale of 1 to 10, I wouldn't give them any points at all. I called another optical shop, and they gave me an appointment right away—in less than a week.🤯🤯🤯🤯💁
