Vision Care Center is the absolute best!! The staff is amazing! Cristina and Yuri are awesome! Dr.Luis Perez is a cool dude! upbeat and good vibe.. Ive always gotten great eye care from Vision Care Center the past 7 to 8 years..They have taken great care of my eyes..Absolutely proud to be a customer there...

A visit with Dr. Perez is good mainly because of his nice attitude with you. I know I’ve received the most help I can get with my condition but it’s taking a lot longer than necessary and my vision is getting worse everyday. I’ve had to call several times to get updates on my contacts. The first time they had lost the package so it took an additional week for them to figure out where they were(3 weeks total) and I still have not yet found ones that fit or help my vision. I give them 3 stars because aside of Dr. Perez politeness, they keep a clean environment, but they do seem to have technology problems anytime I come in. Whether it be because someone doesn’t know how to work a machine or a computer needs to be restarted. One of the receptionists I’ve spoken to over the phone seems to recognize me when I call or when I come in, so I can see her frustration with me. Sorry miss, but my vision is getting worse everyday, you at least are able to see properly with your glasses.

I used to work at the real estate brokerage upstairs and had heard great things about Dr. Perez from my co-workers, so I decided to give them a shot. I’ve now been a patient here for several years and have had consistently great care. The staff is friendly and helpful, and I’ve saved hundreds of dollars over the optometrist’s office I used to go to up on Hillhurst. Highly recommend!

I have had great service here. Excellent customer service from the girls in the front and definitely from Dr. Perez himself. All of the equipment used for eye exams is all up to date; the exam is thorough, precise and quick.

Dr. Perez is an outstanding professional who's a very caring individual. He is extremely honest with all of his patients and lets them know how their vision truly is, no beating around the bush. He is surrounded by a staff of kind and knowledgeable staff hand chosen by himself and they're also as personable as he is with equally positive attitudes. Dr. Perez has served the Echo Park community with such a high standard of quality that it has kept myself as well as an endless amount of patients quite happy with his services. A better doctor, nor a better person of such a high caliber, you could not easily find. When you do find such a doctor and person, you can take pride in calling them friend. Fredy Perez is a great doctor, father, man of high values, and I am happy to call him my friend. His staff honors him by their respective excellence in service and commitment to quality care.
