​As a long-time patient, I noticed a shift here, and my end to end experience today, when compared to my lasy visit in 2019 was a "much better" type of different. The front end staff has always been courteous, but they now seem a lot more engaging (in conversation). Physicians Ive seen, Dr. Chang and Dr. Ramirez, are thorough with their exams and explanations, and possess that type if personality that make you feel completely at ease. The check-out process was also incredibly detailed, and Ara was super sweet. Unlike other eye care providers that Ive been to in the last few years, this team truly made me feel like a valued customer and patient. Even though they are still out-of-network with my primary insurance, their amazing level of care and service keeps me coming back. The end-to-end experience from check-in to discharge has always been top-notch.

Everyone at this facility was extremely nice and that calmed my nerves. Everything went smoothly from the paper work to the testing and eye exams to the choosing which glasses I wanted. And lastly to the checking out, it was so nice. They explained everything so thoroughly, which made me have 0 questions. And other places take 4-6 weeks to receive their glasses, & they say I will get my glasses in just 2 weeks. Unbelievable! Mahalo for a great experience!

From the very first time I walked into Vision Care Center of Hawaii, I was greeted with helpful receptionists. The process is seamless and they help you figure out quickly whether or not you have available vision benefits. They have several comfortable seating areas to wait for different parts of your appointment. I had my eye examination with Natalie Ramirez, OD, FAAO. She was one of the kindest doctors I have ever met. The staff in the office were highly efficient and worked well together. Would highly recommend.

I had a fantastic experience at my optometrist appointment. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. The technician who did my initial scans was efficient, and the doctor was outstanding. They took the time to do a very thorough eye exam, explain all my results in detail, and made sure I felt completely comfortable with my new prescription. Highly recommend them for anyone seeking high-quality eye care!

My experience at Vision Care Hawaii was Outstanding. All employees/personnel are courteous, friendly, and professional. Dr. Chang and his team are outstanding in providing the, tests, treatment, and referrals for the care of my eyes and eyesight, All provided in a comfortable setting.
