I was a little nervous when I pulled up to the place, but boy was I wrong. This place is immaculate, well staffed with great people, and thorough. I can’t express enough gratitude for this place accepting my difficult insurance and making the process effortless. I literally called my mom after to tell her she should go there. Awesome rocking people and comfortable place.

A clinic cannot solely be built upon the doctors reputation. Dr Eply is awesome. But the office and bookkeeping services are a hot mess. My account was assigned to my adult daughter (different last name and address). Just a total mess it took 2 years to get it reconciled for a $35 payment. Total chaos. Took my business back to Vision Specialists in CB.
All of the staff at Vision Care Clinic are great! From the moment I walked in, the front of house team was warm, welcoming, and attentive to all my needs. They made the whole experience smooth. Robyn is absolutely amazing—she always takes care of my eyes and vision needs with care and professionalism. She’s thorough in her exams, never rushes, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. I really appreciate how she helps me choose the best eye care options that fit my lifestyle.
