Terrible. Had an appointment at 6 p.m. today. Showed up - lights off. Door locked. Just made the appointment last week. Called. No answer. Found a sign on the door that says "We're closing at 4 p.m. today." A call would have been really helpful so I didn't sit in rush hour traffic both ways for a false appointment. I have family in the medical practice industry and no matter the situation, they always make the time to call patients if they have to move appointments, even for family emergencies. There is no excuse that someone couldn't call to alert me that the appointment had to be moved. I will not return. And clearly, they don't likely care. And I'll be canceling my husband's appointment for two weeks. At least I'll give them the courtesy of a call - not sure why since they didn't give it to me.
